Bachelor programme Social PedagogyIn the bachelor degree programme Social Pedagogy, you receive a broad general training at the higher education level. In addition to child and youth welfare, the entire spectrum of Social Work is covered as well.
The education combines Social Pedagogy with Social Work, while the study contents are geared towards the current needs of professional practice.
Specialisation possibilities
Within the framework of the modules “Practical Fields” and “Methodical Action”, students get to choose from an extended range of courses that allow them individual specialisations in their programme.
Professional action
In this module, you learn to reference your professional actions based on theoretical knowledge and experiences and to place them within the context of the professional discourse. You challenge your own professional actions and reflect on the meaning of your own norms and values.
