This Was the European Researchers’ Night 2024
The St. Pölten UAS was part of it. Book workshops for schools now!
Together with the Centre of Industrial Biotechnology (acib), Uni Graz, and ARGE Wissenschaftskommunikation, the St. Pölten UAS once more organised the European Researchers‘ Night in Graz on 27 September 2024.
Many researchers of the St. Pölten UAS were involved and presented inspiring projects and workshops in Graz:
- Interactive station: How can virtual reality assist in the research of Parkinson’s disease?
- How can we close gaps in the connection of smart homes?
- How does our European University Alliance E³UDRES² work?
- How does the EU project E³UDRES² Ent-r-e-novators work on universities that are fit for the future
- Workshop: Discovering Secrets of Artificial Intelligence: An Interactive Space Journey
- Workshop: Drawing Explanatory Comics with Comixplain
- E³UDRES² Science Pub Quiz
The European Researchers‘ Night 2024 in Graz was concluded with the finale of the Science Slam Austria with exciting contributions on topics ranging from mRNA and mealworms to short circuits in the bath tub.
School workshops
In addition to the programme in Graz, school pupils also had the opportunity to visit workshops on current research topics at the St. Pölten UAS and other locations in Lower Austria, such as:

- Broadcasting on the Campus & City Radio of the St. Pölten UAS
