Step-by-Step Online Application

Your journey to studying at the St. Pölten UAS starts with the registration on our online platform at https://bewerbung.fhstp.ac.at/.

Step 1

Please register in the application system of the St. Pölten UAS.
We need you to enter your first and last name, your date of birth and your e-mail address. If you are a student or a graduate of the St. Pölten UAS, you can log in with your user account. Upon successful registration, you will receive an e-mail with a link that you can use to start the online application process.
Please note: this link is valid for 24 hours only. If this time limit is exceeded or you have forgotten the access details, you can request new access data as often as you like.

Step 2

First, please select the study programme you would like to apply for.
You can also apply for more than one study programme. Data already entered will remain in the system – all you have to do is upload the study programme-specific documents.

Step 3

On the next pages, please enter all necessary personal data. Please upload your passport or identity card and your CV including photo using .pdf, .doc or .jpg formats. The maximum file size is 4 MB.

Step 4

Please indicate how you (will) fulfil the required admission criteria.
For example, if you have not yet acquired your school-leaving certificate as proof of qualification for a bachelor degree programme, please select the option “will be handed in later”, and upload your most recently acquired certificate instead. Please note that the uploaded documents need to be complete (e.g., all pages of the school-leaving certificate). The same applies to documents needed to apply for a master degree programme (e.g., bachelor examination certificate, notification of bachelor degree, etc.).

Step 5

The summary will show you whether your data are correct and complete.

Step 6

Once your data are complete, you can submit your application. You will be sent an automated confirmation by e-mail when the St. Pölten UAS has received your application.

Step 7

Depending on the study programme you have chosen, you may have the option to choose a date for the admission procedure directly after submitting your application. However, this may also be done at a later stage.

Notes

• It is not necessary for you to complete your application in one go. You can log in and out of the system at any time and gradually complete your data and upload your application documents.
• Once you have submitted your application, all communication between yourself and the St. Pölten UAS will be exclusively carried out using the messaging system of the online application platform (see menu item “Messages”).
