About me… 

I am Sofiia-Khrystyna, and I am 19 years old. I started my undergraduate study journey in Ukraine with a bachelor’s in Data Science at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. However, I was always passionate about the idea of not only analysing data but also representing it in the most easy and visually appealing way to others so that anyone could understand it. Therefore, I decided to go to FH St. Pölten to study Creative Computing and simultaneously remotely continue my studies at the Ukrainian university.

However, starting this semester, I transferred from the Ukrainian university to study Data Science and Business Analytics from 3rd semester here at FH St. Pölten, continuing to pursue two bachelors simultaneously and exploring all the possible aspects of data and their visualisation techniques.

Beyond academics, I’m a professional chess player, actively competing across Europe. My passion for the game inspired me to create a chess course in our FH sports department, where I teach beginners and intermediate players the strategic beauty of chess. In addition to my studies and chess, I work as a software developer at ASCHL Management Systems, applying my technical skills to real-world projects.
