Gender & Diversity Think Tank
The Gender & Diversity Think Tank at St. Pölten UAS is actively committed to strengthening and advancing gender equality, diversity and inclusion at the university.
The members meet twice a semester to discuss current topics and developments. Once a year, an open meeting is organised to which all interested parties at St. Pölten UAS are cordially invited:

Profile
- Driving forward and providing impulses: We contribute ideas, share experiences from the various departments at our university and provide impulses.
- Exchange and counselling: We discuss and advise together on the ideas contributed.
- Developing strategies: We develop recommendations for action and prepare decisions in order to further develop the university.
- Implementing measures: We implement concrete measures and take them to the various areas of the university.
- Securing and expanding knowledge: We provide regular specialist input and initiate training courses to maintain and expand expertise across the university.
- Contact person for questions: In the event of conflicts or specific questions, we are available as contact persons and mediate if necessary.

Gender & Diversity Management is supported by employees from the individual departments and UAS Services. The aim is to receive feedback from all areas and to be able to derive appropriate measures.
