Center for Research and Cooperation
The Center for Research and Cooperation plays a decisive role in ensuring that St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences can fulfil its mission as a committed and entrepreneurial university.
Strengthening Research and Partnerships
Together with other services at the UAS, we support researchers throughout the entire research process. This begins with the generation of ideas, continues with the submission of projects financed by third-party funds and extends to the commercialisation of the results, both economically and non-economically.
Bridge between Science, Business and Society
We contribute to the development and maintenance of relevant relationships with stakeholders through continuous dialogue with society, for example via science communication formats, and with companies, for example in the areas of knowledge transfer, career building and graduate networking measures.
The graduates of the St. Pölten UAS play an important role as a link between the university, the region, the economy and society. We therefore place a further focus on supporting them at the Service Centre.
Local Challenges, Global Solutions
This also makes it easier to identify regional challenges that can be tackled as part of research projects, knowledge transfer or student projects. We recognise that local challenges also require an international perspective. We take this into account through the activities of the European University E³UDRES² and the expansion of strategic international relationships.
