Human Resources and Legal Affairs

Human Resources and Legal Affairs is responsible for all full-time and part-time staff members of the St. Pölten UAS. We perform our tasks in the following fields of action:

• human resource development and recruiting
• human resource management and HR controlling
• legal affairs

We optimise the recruiting process and support our staff in the form of strategic HR development during their entire career at the St. Pölten UAS. The HR management and controlling services ensure the implementation of payroll accounting and the provision of target-oriented figures and reports. The service unit Legal Affairs ensures that the legal framework conditions are respected in all relevant matters of the St. Pölten UAS as an employer and educational facility and provides general legal support for all staff members of the St. Pölten UAS.
