Privacy Policy for Prize Draw Participation

By participating, I agree that the data I have provided is truthful and will be electronically processed by the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences GmbH, as the responsible data controller, in order to notify me in the event of winning, and that my name may be published in this context.

The data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with unauthorised third parties.

I can revoke my consent to participate in the prize draw at any time by sending a letter to the following address:

or via email (datenschutz@fhstp.ac.at), with the effect that from the receipt of the revocation, I will no longer participate in the prize draw and will no longer receive any of the aforementioned information.

The revocation does not affect the legality of processing carried out based on my consent before its revocation.

Furthermore, I have the following rights:

• Right to access the personal data concerned
• Right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing
• Right to data portability

These rights can be exercised with the Fachhochschule St. Pölten GmbH as the responsible data controller.

Open to all individuals who have reached the age of 14. Students and employees of the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences, as well as their relatives, are excluded from the prize draw.
