This information event takes place every spring at the St. Pölten UAS. The aim is to prepare students and young professionals for their career entry and to support them in a successful application process – regardless of whether it is a (compulsory) internship or a permanent position. Experts are available for talks and advice. In the form of various workshops and coaching sessions, the topics regarding a successful application process will be dealt with in depth.

A selection of the offered topics/services:

• CV check
• Job interview
• Labour and social law advice
• Salary negotiation
• Career coaching and motivation analysis
• Personal branding

The event will be accompanied by a varied framework programme such as a photo shoot with a make-up artist for the perfect application photo. The Career Café powered by AK Young will provide refreshments and (vegan-friendly) sweet snacks for a short break.

The event is organised in cooperation with the Gender & Diversity Officer of the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences and will take place during the week of International Women's Day. Some parts of the erfolgreich.bewerben programme are exclusively accessible for women*inter*trans*.
