Accommodation for International Students
Student homes
There are two student dormitories in the immediate vicinity of the university plus the Campus Villa.
The St. Pölten UAS’ International Office has a pre-booked allotment of rooms for incoming exchange students in the student homes Campus Domus and Wihast. We will ask you during the application process whether you wish to book a room through the International Office.
We will inform the students once they have been allocated a room as soon as we send out the acceptance letters. They will then be asked to conclude a tenancy agreement directly with the student home.

Private accommodation
Many students live in private rooms and shared flats, which often appear on the market at short notice. Students wishing to rent a private room or flat are required to organise their accommodation autonomously.
