UAS Magazine future on New Work

Latest Edition of future Magazine Dedicated to Tomorrow’s Working World

“Is everything still the same?” – This is the question that the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences asks itself in the 17th edition of its magazine future where it takes a look at today’s working world. The answer is: No! Our working world is changing rapidly. Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic, and partly even before, digital tools and agile working practices have been part of our everyday (working) lives.

“In the 17th edition of our UAS magazine future, we fill the keyword ‘New Work’ with concrete meaning and explore the requirements and challenges for the working world of tomorrow together with experts”, say St. Pölten UAS CEOs Johann Haag and Hannes Raffaseder.

Same Old? … Or Rather: New Work!

The magazine’s dossier is dedicated to current questions concerning the transition in the working world: How will we collaborate in the future? Which competencies will the future labour market demand of us? How do we best prepare for Work 4.0? And what does all of this mean for educational institutions? Also: What role does New Work play for research and innovation?

Data Protection Advice, Health, and More

Further topics of the latest magazine are: tips for more data protection in everyday life, the right diet for healthy knees, a regional mobility lab in Amstetten, and an agency service for emotional support developed by students.
