What does Dual Training mean?

The contents of (research) work and academic education are linked for the benefit of all participants: Students can apply the knowledge they have acquired during their studies in practice at your company and bring you new insights or developments. 

No wonder the dual system ist internationally established. The dual study system makes it possible to train staff members for your business requirements in the best possible way!

How does this work in Practice? 

Your employee has only two attendance days per week at the St. Pölten UAS where he*she is taught content from the areas of computer science, research and innovation. Focused and individual mentoring in very small groups allows us to support our students in a targeted manner and adjust the studies to a selected key topic. The acquired consequences are applied directly in your company during practice phases (at least 1.5 days/week).
