LAESSIG Primary Health Care Platform

The studies of a previously performed literature research confirmed that online platforms or health application apps help improving client’s health literacy and client’s compliance. However, most existing health platforms are for clients with chronic diseases and are not patient-oriented.

Therefore, the aim of this project is the conception and creation of an online platform for the primary health care (PHC) centre St. Pölten. It should increase empowerment and health literacy of the clients, make interdisciplinary communication easier and more effective and support non-medical, regional health care providers.
